Cataract Surgery
Cataract surgery is a very common procedure worldwide.
The lens within the eye undergoes changes with time and becomes hazy, at which time it can be called a cataract.
In order to improve one’s eyesight, the cataract can be removed. This is a surgery performed under local anaesthetic as day surgery. The cataract will be removed and a new lens is being inserted into the eye. This will allow much improved vision.
